Recommended core fields for every asset:
- `asset_id`: unique internal ID
- `file_name`: stored file name
- `title`: human-readable asset name
- `description`: short description
- `brand`: owning brand
- `product_family`: product family if applicable
- `product`: product name if applicable
- `place_region`: Americas, EMEA, APAC, etc.
- `place_country`: country name
- `place_city`: city name
- `place_name`: venue, store, resort, office, or location label
- `asset_type`: logo, hero, packshot, lifestyle, video, audio, etc.
- `channel`: web, print, social, email, marketplace, internal
- `language`: content language
- `usage_rights`: usage summary
- `license_expiry`: expiry date if any
- `owner`: internal team owner
- `approval_status`: draft, review, approved, archived
- `created_date`: creation date
- `version`: version number
- `keywords`: free tags
